Terms of use
These terms cover using the Case Pilot website — reading about our platform, applying for a Care Scholarship, referring a family, or giving. They are short on purpose: this site offers information, not medical advice; our content is free to share with credit; and when we get something wrong, we fix it. Using the site means you accept these terms. Questions are always welcome at info@familyadvocacyservices.org.
Effective date: posts here when these terms are finalized for launch.
What this site is for
This site exists so you can learn how Case Pilot works, read the written eligibility criteria, apply for help with care costs, make a referral, or fund a family's care. Case Pilot coordinates care; licensed providers — Family Advocacy Center, Connections Counseling, and other qualified providers — deliver it. Nothing on this site creates a client, patient, or treatment relationship with Case Pilot or with any provider.
Not medical advice, and not a crisis service
The information here helps you understand programs, eligibility, and costs. It is not medical, clinical, or legal advice, and it is no substitute for talking with a licensed professional. Case Pilot is not a clinic and holds no treatment records.
In a mental-health crisis, call or text 988— the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It is free, confidential, and answered every hour of every day. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Our accuracy commitment
We work to keep every page current and correct. Our eligibility criteria are published in full, and every figure we report is counted, not estimated — where we have no data yet, we say so rather than guess. If you spot an error, tell us at info@familyadvocacyservices.org and we will correct it.
Sharing our content
The words, images, and design on this site belong to Case Pilot. You are welcome to quote or share them — please credit Case Pilot and link back when you can. If you would like to reuse our content in a larger way, write to us first and we will almost certainly say yes.
Donations and receipts
Gifts to Case Pilot fund the donation-supported Care Scholarship program, paid directly to licensed providers for documented services. We send a receipt for every donation. Case Pilot is a public benefit corporation, not a tax-exempt charity — gifts are not tax-deductible unless a specific campaign states otherwise in writing at the time of the gift.
Links to other sites
We link to providers and other organizations when it helps you. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their content. A link is a signpost, not an endorsement of everything on the other side.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the updated version posts here with a new effective date. We will not change what a term means quietly — any meaningful change is noted plainly on this page.
Does Case Pilot provide therapy? No — Case Pilot coordinates care; licensed providers deliver it. See who qualifies or email info@familyadvocacyservices.org with any question about these terms.
