We built this because we lived the broken version.
Case Pilot started inside family services, not a tech incubator. Thepeople behind it ran the programs — the reunification visits, the therapy referrals, the scholarship applications — and watched good families lose time to a broken process. A referral would arrive by fax and sit for a week. A caseworker would call for a status no one could give. A family would be told the one provider with an opening didn't take their insurance, and the referral would quietly die.
We built Case Pilot to fix that: match families to the right care and a real way to pay for it, coordinate it end to end, and prove the outcome.

What we believe
A family's access to care shouldn't depend on who remembered to follow up — or on whether they can pay that day.
The people doing the work deserve tools that give time back, not take it.
Coordination without proof isn't enough. Outcomes have to be measurable.
The most vulnerable records deserve the most careful handling.
How the pieces fit
Case Pilot is the platform. Care is delivered by qualified providers — Family Advocacy Center and Connections Counseling are proving the workflows first, with others joining the network. Case Pilot matches, coordinates, and moves the money; providers deliver the care; families are the point.
A note on who we are
Case Pilot is a public benefit corporation. We're notpublishing team bios or a board roster on this page yet — when there's a real, complete slate to share, it will post here at once rather than a partial list growing over time. Governance questions are always welcome through the demo-request form in the meantime.
Support. Strength. Hope.
